About Richard Brennan

Richard Brennan is a qualified Exercise Physiologist and Nutritional Consultant. He has been working in the health & fitness industry for 15 years. He studied Exercise Physiology, Nutrition & Dietetics at London Southbank University and secured a 2.1 honours degree.

Richard is a member of the British Association of Sport & Exercise Sciences and a Level 3 member of The Register of Exercise Professionals with the Level 4 award pending. He is currently designing courses in Cardiac Rehabilitation and Non-Invasive Spinal Rehabilitation. He works mainly in Hampstead at University College School Active as well as seeing private clients all over London.
